First Visit

We are looking forward to meeting you! Your first appointment will be a visual exam at which time we will determine the primary concerns, and advise you of the recommended treatment. You will be given an estimate of the treatment time and expense. The first visit is at no charge, so we can provide an orientation to the benefits of orthodontics if you need it. We enjoy having a mutual understanding of the treatment plan and the responsibilities regarding orthodontic treatment.

If Dr. Cox feels you are ready for treatment, we will set an appointment to make study records so a plan of treatment can be determined. If time permits, the study records can be made at the exam appointment. This will save you a trip back to our office for the study records.

Please complete the Medical/Health Questionnaire and bring it with you to your first appointment. To assist you with your insurance benefits, we must have verification of your coverage. Please bring your insurance card and/or forms.
