Meet Dr. McAllister

Emory B. McAllister, D.M.D., M.S.

Dr. McAllister grew up in Lexington, NC, before attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for her undergraduate studies—where she became a devoted Tar Heel basketball fan. She went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine and completed her orthodontic residency at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. She is a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society and is board-certified by the American Board of Orthodontics.

Beyond creating beautiful, confident smiles, Dr. McAllister values building meaningful relationships with her patients. She loves hearing about their school musicals, baseball tournaments, and the little things that bring them joy. When she's not in the office, Dr. McAllister enjoys spending time with her husband, Will, and their dog, Jones; cheering on the Tar Heels; traveling; running; relaxing at the beach; and exploring the Low Country's incredible food scene.
