"When we looked for an orthodontist we were nervous because my son had already had them on for a year but we moved and needed a new orthodontist. Dr. Cox made us feel like it was no problem and I feel is more productive with moving his teeth. We’ve seen wonderful changes this past year. They are very upfront of the cost and duration of time for the braces to be on. If you set up a payment plan with them they give you a couple options which I thought was wonderful. Normally it just auto drafts on the date you started, but having the option to choose which paycheck would be better for you was amazing and helped us out a lot.They are a wonderful office to be a patient of. They truly care about each of their patients and are very understanding of you/your kids be humans, making mistakes, needing schedule changes due to illness, etc. Our oldest is the one using there services but there is an area of games and coloring stuff for kids to use, which our other kids use when they wait on their brother. The office is very calming place to be in. You don’t get that normal stressful office vibe from them. We will use them again if our other kids need orthodontic care."
"Dr Cox and his team were literally the BESTTTT! They made me feel extremely comfortable because I was so nervous! Getting my braces on was extremely quick and they made sure I was ok and comfortable throughout the whole appointment. The best part for me however was the fact that Dr Cox personally reached out to me after my appointment to see how I was doing. "Needed to get my retainer replaced. It has been years since I needed to go to the orthodontist for anything so honestly didn’t know what to expect. Dr. Cox and his team made everything super easy. They quickly got me in and everything done, with little wait! Goose creek office is easy to get to, is very clean and has a welcoming environment. Also, I was quite impressed with how efficiently run the practice is. With such a great experience, I decided to also get my daughter to have a consultation for braces - the team got that scheduled and completed super quickly as well! My daughter loved the games in the waiting room and all the staff are SO nice. Dr. Cox and his team are AMAZING!"

"I’ve been transitioning back to the area along with having had a less-than-favorable experience with my previous ortho in Savannah. After shopping around for a few orthodontist in Charleston to continue my treatment, I came across Cox and they really eased my anxiety around so many things, including the price (since I’m paying out of pocket and basically starting over), the service, and the course of treatment. They explain what’s happening and what you need, which is not something I’ve had before, even though I already have braces. Thanks Dr. Pauly(sp?) and staff for bringing back hope to me!"

He even asked me twice (I'm assuming it was just to make sure ) if it was ok for him to take my daughter to look at all the colors choices that they have for braces why I took care of the financial paperwork. Today the 30th we went back for spaces and the two techs were AMAZING! I'm really liking them so far. If anything changes I will update my review."
"Dr.Cox and his staff went above and beyond for me. About half way through my treatment I fell behind on payments and my braces where left unattended. When I got to a place where I could pay everything off Dr.Cox and his staff welcomed me back with open arms and I even managed to finish treatment on schedule. It’s been 5 or so years and I still can’t get enough of my smile."
