"When we looked for an orthodontist we were nervous because my son had already had them on for a year but we moved and needed a new orthodontist. Dr. Cox made us feel like it was no problem and I feel is more productive with moving his teeth. We’ve seen wonderful changes this past year. They are very upfront of the cost and duration of time for the braces to be on. If you set up a payment plan with them they give you a couple options which I thought was wonderful. Normally it just auto drafts on the date you started, but having the option to choose which paycheck would be better for you was amazing and helped us out a lot.They are a wonderful office to be a patient of. They truly care about each of their patients and are very understanding of you/your kids be humans, making mistakes, needing schedule changes due to illness, etc. Our oldest is the one using there services but there is an area of games and coloring stuff for kids to use, which our other kids use when they wait on their brother. The office is very calming place to be in. You don’t get that normal stressful office vibe from them. We will use them again if our other kids need orthodontic care."

"I’ve been transitioning back to the area along with having had a less-than-favorable experience with my previous ortho in Savannah. After shopping around for a few orthodontist in Charleston to continue my treatment, I came across Cox and they really eased my anxiety around so many things, including the price (since I’m paying out of pocket and basically starting over), the service, and the course of treatment. "Last week on the 22nd my 9 year old is starting the braces process and during the consult Dr. Cox and his assistant was so friendly and professional. He even asked me twice (I'm assuming it was just to make sure ) if it was ok for him to take my daughter to look at all the colors choices that they have for braces why I took care of the financial paperwork. Today the 30th we went back for spaces and the two techs were AMAZING! I'm really liking them so far. If anything changes I will update my review."

"From Jenna Wilkinson:The first time I ever went, I was scared, but everyone there was so nice that it took away the butterflies in my stomach. I got to meet Dr. Cox and Dr. Sal. They were really nice and told me everything they were going to do. But my favorite person in there is Allie. She's my favorite! When I was getting my braces on, I cried at first, but she calmed me down and told me everything was going to be alright. I love how we get a free shirt and how I get points for bringing in my report card, coming in and going to brush my teeth, because I don't want stinky breath. I also love that they let me pick the colors that I want. Dr. Cox is so funny, I think. I'm always excited to get my points at the end of my appointment. Two of my friends go to Dr. Cox's office. I love to talk to all the people that work there. I love the coloring contest. I always participate! I won the "Happy New Year" picture. I talk about Dr. Cox's office all the time to my friends that don't have braces. I think I have the best Orthodontist ever!! I just can't stop writing about how AWESOME you guys are. I can't wait to go back! The first time a teenager let me see what it looked like and how it felt. I love my Orthodontist so much.Only three people have braces in my class.
