The waiting room is perfect for kids, lots of things for them to do while they are waiting. The cost of the process is broken down for you and I found it to be reasonable and competitive. The doctor called to check in on my daughter later in the day. I would recommend using Cox for your orthodontic care 100%."

"Dr. Cox and associates do a wonderful job of taking care of my granddaughter, Hailey's braces. It's been 5 months since getting braces and the difference in her smile is brilliant. Dr. Cox is widely know all over the Charleston area for being one of the best orthodontic specialist for children, teens and adults. This includes all surrounding counties which includes offices within these areas close to many schools for one's convenience. "So this is an update to a prior post three years ago...we now have our third child in braces and still are 5* happy with him and his office. This time around we have had the honor of meeting Dr. Washington. Things just keep getting better. Over the last 6+ years with this practice they have continued to exceed our expectations. This by far is our favorite location and is so convenient to home and school. However, we have been at 3 of their locations so far and they none have disappointed us. So here is a review from 3 years ago. What a great experience we have had with Dr.Cox. I now have two in braces with a third in the future, I would not consider going anywhere else. His knowledge and expertise goes above and beyond. The convenience you have with multiple locations and the service from his staff makes him the only choice for your orthodontic needs. Not to mention how wonderful his offices are set up, so family friendly. Great job guys."

"My experience with Dr. Michael Cox was a life changing experience because kids used to tease me all the time and then when Dr. Cox put my braces on, all of a sudden the kids wanted to see my braces and the different colors, and now some of my friends determine what colors we are going to get when we go to our appointments. I even sometimes get colors that match my sports uniforms. I love the way the office is set up for me to check in it makes me feel like a big girl, and they even know my face and name when I come in. They are always so Nice to me when I come in there. They even have treats for us when we leave I Love This Place! :)"
